The harp guitar has become increasing popular over the past few years and the momentum is building for a great boom in the harp guitar. The best resource for the more information on the harp guitar is www.harpguitars.net
For a guitarist in an increasingly competitive world of amazing players, the harp guitar is a way of expanding the boundries of guitar music as well as setting oneself apart as playing a unique instrument.
All of the harp guitars I make are built to custom order since there are so many variations and every musican wants something unique. If there is some sort of harp guitar or multi string guitar that you are thinking about or if you simply want more information about harp guitars I would be happy to talk with you.
Below are some of the custom harp guitars I have built over the years. I would love to design and build yours!

A 21 string hollow arm harp guitar. 7 sub basses
and 8 super trebles. The hollow arm or Dyer style harp guitar
is the most popular style of harp guitar. It is available with
or without super trebles. Plain, fancy or somewhere in between,
it is my least expensive model of harp guitar.
A 32 string sympathetic string harp guitar. The addition
of sympathetic strings gives it a sitar like sound.
A 25 string hollow arm harp guitar. 7 sub basses and 12 super trebles. The hollow arm or Dyer style harp guitar is the most popular style of harp guitar. This one has even more range than most harp guitars, over 5 octaves.
This harp guitar is currently for sale.
Shown here is a harp guitar custom built for California guitarist Echo Greywolf. It is based on the Gibson model U except that the top and back are braced rather than carved like the original Gibsons. The body is also smaller at about 16.5" across making it lighter and less cumbersome to hold than the Gibson.
It has 6 standard guitar strings and 6 harp strings to add a full unique sound that is far richer than with 6 strings alone.
The Guitar is built from Western red cedar, walnut, mahogany, and curly maple. It is an example of a unique custom instrument that was designed in close colaboration with the musician who now performs with it. To find out more about Echo and check out his latest CD, Click here.
Another Gibson style harp guitar with 7 sub bass
strings. Top is sitka spruce with mahogany back and sides.
A 13 string archguitar strung with nylon strings.
The Electro HarpaStar, a 20 string electric harp
guitar.
A hollowbody version of the 20 string electric harp
guitar.
All of my harp guitars are custom made to exactly what you want and the price varies accordingly. But just to give you some idea of the cost, these are some ball park prices. The base price includes sitka spruce top and either mahogany or walnut back and sides. There are many options available, some of which can be found on my 6 string price list and others that are particular to harp guitars.
